Shea E. Stevens
Attorney Shea E. Stevens focuses her practice exclusively on family law, representing clients in divorce, collaborative law, mediation, legal separation, paternity, child custody, child support, maintenance, post-divorce modifications, common law marriage, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements throughout Kansas and Missouri. She has extensive experience handling all aspects of family law, including contested custody matters, high-asset divorce cases, and complex business valuation issues.
To provide the highest level of service, Shea works closely with a trusted network of professionals—including accountants, financial advisors, realtors, and therapists—to help clients achieve the best possible outcomes in their cases.
Shea is a graduate of Kansas State University and the University of Tulsa College of Law. She is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Johnson County Family Law Inn of Court, the Association for Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City, and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. She has also presented continuing legal education (CLE) seminars on topics such as ethics and parenting plans.
